Inspired by Music, 2010: the grand prize winner of an art contest hosted by Readymade Magazine; Carla was flown to SXSW to have her art on display and special passes were awarded to her as well.
Nutcase Helmets Artist Series 2016: Carla was among the three artists selected for the Nutcase Artist Series Helmets. The artists were flown to Germany for Eurobike and Las Vegas for Interbike where they created large murals for auction, as well as creating art for limited-run helmets. Carla’s helmet design was featured in Bicycling Magazines “coolest new helmets of 2016”
